Occasional cleaning FAQ

One-time customers are strangers each visit — a new crew, a fresh quote, and a fresh introduction to your home every time. Occasional means you’re remembered. The crew that cleaned last spring comes back this fall, your price stays put, and you never re-explain how you like things. It’s a relationship that just happens to be flexible.

Neither. You could call once a year and we’d treat it exactly like quarterly. There’s nothing to sign and nothing to cancel — we simply keep your crew and your price on file for whenever you reach out.

If you can flex your date by a few days, we can almost always send your original crew. If you need a specific day and they’re booked, we send a backup crew with full notes on your home — your preferences, access, and any special instructions — so they arrive already up to speed. We’ll always tell you which it is before the visit.

Yes, as long as your home hasn’t meaningfully changed. Same square footage, same pets and household, no major new add-ons — and your price holds. We don’t run annual increases on existing occasional customers.

No — most customers aren’t. Leave a key, a garage or smart-lock code, or arrange a drop. Every crew member is bonded, insured, and background-checked, and you’ll get a text when we start and another when we finish.
